Hello! My name is Ivanka Nikoloja and I am the founder of IN Consulting Bulgaria – a company created with the mission of assisting organizations in developing their potential and building successful teams. IN Consulting Bulgaria provides high-quality and personalized services in the field of organizational psychology, which are based on my many years of experience in various industries and on my education in psychology, mathematics and economics.

With a focus on key organizational aspects such as candidate selection testing, internal organizational research, workplace ergonomics, work process improvement and management coaching, our goal is to create sustainable and successful work practices. Through selection tests, we help companies identify the most suitable personnel, and with internal organizational research, we collect and analyze valuable information about team satisfaction, motivation and loyalty.
